除香港和中國買家有7天產品的退貨政策。其他國家的買家必須在收到後30天內與我們聯繫,商品發現任何損壞或存在重大差異。如果該商品被列為不正確,或者是違禁物品這30天的時間框架並不適用。
買方應在收到商品後45天內退回有缺陷,損壞或重大不同的商品。
我們將退還無論是(出站)運費以及任何來回運費買家必須支付返回的商品。
我們的責任是由您的托運人或如果買方已使用您提供了一個預付費標籤返回的商品收集的物品的任何損失。

買家不得不改變他們的主意,他們沒有給一個理由作出購買的權利。
如果買家在收到商品後30天內,他們希望退回的商品通知我們,我們將退還該商品的成本給他們如下費用:
如果是訂單的一部分的商品,我們將退還只是該商品的運費。
如果是整個訂單,我們將退還整個訂單的運費。
我們將退還為香港及中國以外的商品交付標準郵資。
如果買家採用的是個性化的,預付費返回標籤,我們從整體的退款中扣除來回郵費的權利。
在“買方悔恨”的情況下,我們都不會退還Giftwrapping或為買方的來回運費成本。
- Returns of defective, damaged or materially different items
Except Hong Kong and China buyer which has the 7 days product return policy. Other country buyer must contact us within 30 days of receipt to report that the item is defective, damaged or materially
different. If the item was listed incorrectly or is a prohibited item this 30 day time-frame does not apply.
A buyer should return a defective, damaged or materially different item within 45 days of receipt of the item.
We will refund both the original (outbound) shipping costs and any return shipping costs the buyer had to pay to return the item.
We are responsible for any losses of items that are collected by your shipper or where the buyer has returned the item using a prepaid label that you have provided.

- Return of items due to “buyer remorse”
Buyers have the right to change their mind about purchases they have made without giving a reason.
If a buyer informs us within 30 days of receipt of the item that they wish to return the item, we will refund the cost of the item and the cost of sending the item to them as follows:
Where the buyer is returning an item that was part of a larger order, we will refund the shipping cost of that item only.
Where the buyer is returning an entire order, we will refund the shipping cost of the entire order.
We will refund standard postage charges for items delivered outside the Hong Kong and China.
If the buyer uses a personalised, pre-paid return label, we will have the right to deduct the return postage from the overall refund.
In cases of “buyer remorse” we are not refund the cost of giftwrapping or for the buyer’s return shipping costs.
